Expedited                  $10.95       3 - 4 business days

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after orders are received. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

Tracking Information

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received it, please email us at customercare@satrell.com and we'll send it to you again right away.

Returns

If you're not happy with an item you purchased, you have up to 30 days (from the shipment date) to return it. All returns are credited in the original form of payment.  Please note that we don’t accept exchanges of products at this time. Also all discounted items are final sale.
