How can I change my order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@satrell.com or call 980-221-9841. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. We usually process and ship orders within 24-48 hours from the time they are received.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email address linked to your account. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number within a one to two business day timeframe. Please note that you can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    If you're not happy with an item you purchased, you have up to 30 days (from the shipment date) to return it. All returns are credited in the original form of payment. Please note that we don’t accept exchanges of products at this time. Also all discounted items are final sale. All returns should be mailed to:

    How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

    Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It’s not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wish list, and a customized shopping experience.
